  • Virgil E. Brock, stationed in Istanbul, Turkey.. where I was born, told me about having an underground cable break. The tech involved used a Wheatstone bridge to find the problem. As it would be( born and raised around electrical systems) I am proud and fascinated with "OLD" technology!! {around 1957}
