Herbert Watson Sullivan, 1856-1925, making Telegraphic instruments and test equipment, formed the company around 1897. Their factory was at 'Liverpool House' Middlesex Street London E.1. This instrument measured Volts Amps and Watts. The ranges are: - 0 to 500 Volts in 7 ranges, 0 to 25Amps in 6 ranges, and 0 to 250 Watts, It is dated 1975. The quality is very high and would have been used in research laboratories.
