WAYNE KERR AUTO BALANCE CAPACITANCE BRIDGE TYPE B541, 1960's

Wayne Kerr began as the Wayne Kerr Research Laboratories in London in 1946. The company was started by two engineers who had been working for the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation). Their first product was an Admittance Bridge used to test broadcasting equipment. The company was named after their favourite actor and actress, Naunton Wayne and Deborah Kerr. This unit is used to determine the value of an unknown Capacitance. Made during the 1960's, this instrument is similar in style to the Type B221.
