FIELD TELEPHONE TYPE 'F' HIGH POWER, 1944

Amplified version of Field Telephone Type 'F' using a valve stage to amplify the strength of the signal. In the second picture can be seen the amplifier at the rear, with one part missing, suspected to be the relay. We are currently searching for the missing section. For a description on the Fullerphone system see item A0070 above. These sets were made by manufacturers officially approved by the General Post Office (GPO), and are not always marked by the maker.
